Three producers are listed for Stirling, all small family or one-person operations. Andrew of Teith Valley Honey has kept bees for more than ten years, and all his hives are around the Teith Valley. His runny and soft-set honey, with nothing added and nothing removed, is sold through Clan Artisan, a Scottish gift shop in Stirling. Trossachs Honey is a family business at Thornhill that sells raw, unprocessed honey for collection by arrangement. In the south of the area, at Strathblane, Ardunan Farm started a small apiary after retiring from sheep and pig farming in 2022; in 2026 it grew from three hives to twelve, enough to sell seasonal raw wildflower honey, extracted in August and available from September.
The Dunblane & Stirling Beekeepers' Association has been running for more than 70 years. It holds an annual honey show in the autumn and runs a course for new beekeepers and a series of winter lectures.
