Their bees are bred from their own stock rather than imported – dark, locally adapted bees selected for temperament, hardiness and productivity – and are managed with minimal intervention and chemical treatment. Hives are built from timber supplied by a local sawmill.

The honey comes in 8oz, 12oz and 1lb jars and is sold at Abergavenny Garden Centre in Llanfoist, The Angel Bakery and The Little Treat in Abergavenny, The Copper Kettle at Llanddewi Skirrid and the Bee Shop run by Bees for Development in Monmouth. It is also available in bulk tubs from 1.5kg up to 15kg by contacting them directly.
