I started with bees 10 years ago with 1 hive as a birthday present, they promptly swarmed and the learning curve began. I currently run 30 hives producing runny, soft set and cut comb honey. The honey is raw and coarse filtered leaving all the good stuff in. I have started doing some flavoured honey chilli, turmeric/ginger and cinnamon with the cinnamon proving to be a firm favourite. Beekeeping is the one thing in life that I have done that proves every day is a school day.
