Dave is a hobby beekeeper based in Leicestershire, with hives located at Foston and Wibtoft, to the south of Leicester city. He has been keeping bees since 2008 and usually has honey available for sale. Before taking up beekeeping himself, Dave spent 27 years selling honey from local producers on Leicestershire's markets, giving him an exceptionally deep understanding of local honey and its community.
