Happy Valley Honey is a family-run beekeeping business based in Bollington, Cheshire, at the foothills of the Peak District. Founded in 2008 by Paul and Claire Beardmore, the business began after a casual conversation over a pint at the Vale Inn, inspired by a love of the local countryside. What started with just a couple of hives has grown into a thriving operation managing over 130 colonies of bees.
