Local Honey PortsmouthHavant Raw Honey310 Middle Park Way, Havant, PO9 5DSRaw, unpasteurised honey from Havant Raw Honey, whose hives are in the heart of Havant and whose bees forage local wild flowers and blossom.

The honey is strained from the comb, left to rest and poured into glass jars with paper labels, and no heat is used at any stage. Each jar carries a batch number, and the honey tracker on their website lists the hive it came from, its moisture content and the dates it was extracted and bottled – so you can tell a spring dandelion-and-wildflower batch from a summer blossom and early blackberry one.

As well as runny blossom honey there is soft set, cut comb, 1kg jars, gift sets and honey infused with lavender or turmeric. Order online and collect from Middle Park Way in Havant, or phone them.
