Meadow Hedgerow Honey is produced by Olivia Brown from her own apiary on Melmount Road in rural Strabane, County Tyrone. The apiary is situated in an area rich with gorse and broom trees, surrounded by meadows and hedgerows that give the honey its distinctive name and character. The location benefits from ocean-washed winds drifting in from Donegal and Atlantic rain, contributing to what is described as some of the purest honey available, free from industrial pollution.
