I'm a retired biology teacher and daughter of a beekeeper. My bees forage mainly along the hedgerows of the Belfast hills above Glengormley. It's a true labour of love. No heating or processing except a bit of a spin and a filter. We have a large organic garden filled with wildflowers and veg so the bees get a choice of borage, bramble, dandelions and/or whatever goodies pop up in the surrounding fields.
