Redhills Farm Honey is a small family-run apiary based at Twyford, near Shaftesbury, on the edge of the rolling hills of the Blackmore Vale in Dorset. The business began when the owner's daughter expressed an interest in keeping bees, and has since grown to 25 hives over approximately five years. The bees forage the surrounding organic farms, producing a golden blossom honey drawn largely from clover-covered pastures.
