Local Honey DaventryRivendell Bees Honey Co.The Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre, Main Street, Upper Stowe, Daventry, NN7 4SHRivendell Bees Honey Co. is a beekeeping and artisan hive products business centred in Daventry, Northamptonshire. Founded on principles of compassionate beekeeping and respect for the natural world, they are passionate advocates for bee conservation — encouraging people to create habitats and forage for native bees, managed honeybee colonies, and all wildlife, even in small spaces like window boxes. They highlight the serious decline in bee populations caused by habitat loss, intensive farming, insecticide overuse, and disease, noting that 98% of UK wildflower meadows have disappeared since the 1920s. Their product range goes well beyond honey to include beeswax candles, polishes, wax wraps, body care products, balms, and hive parts, many of which are handmade on-site. They operate a physical shop called The Bee Hive at The Old Dairy Farm Craft Centre in Upper Stowe, Northamptonshire, open Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. They also run a fully operational online shop with free local delivery on orders over £40 and UK-wide postage.
