Sideways Honey Co was founded in 2020 by Brett and Sharon Bayliss in south Suffolk, growing from a hobby into a thriving small business. Based near Belstead, Ipswich, they manage multiple apiaries across the Suffolk countryside, harvesting surplus honey only twice a year — in spring and at the end of summer — leaving the rest for the bees.
