Local Honey West SussexSussex Bee FarmRH17 6AASussex Bee Farm produces small-batch, unpasteurised, single-origin honey from 200 production hives located in apiaries across Sussex. Their honey captures the unique character of the Sussex landscape, drawing on nectar from chalkland wildflowers, farmers' fields, and ancient woodlands. Flavour profiles include the delicate sweetness of clover, the robust notes of horse chestnut, and the sweetness of late summer brambles found in local woodlands and hedgerows. A key part of their approach is that honey from each apiary is extracted and jarred separately, ensuring full traceability so the exact origin of every jar is known. Their product range includes Sussex Blossom Honey, Sussex Soft Set Honey, British Borage Honey, and British Heather Honey. The farm also offers a book titled 'The Bees of Sussex'. Sussex Bee Farm sells directly to the public at several regular farmers markets across West Sussex, including Steyning, Shoreham, Arundel, and Henfield, as well as at food festivals in Worthing and East Preston. Wholesale enquiries are welcomed. The farm emphasises its contribution to bee conservation and the sustainability of Sussex's local environment.Buying from this listingThis listing includes a verified webshop link.
