The Honey Herd is a small-scale honey producer based on the island of Anglesey, North Wales, founded by Paul Hearn, a former chef who previously ran a restaurant called Sheeps and Leeks. Inspired by conversations with a local beekeeper who supplied honey to his restaurant, Paul took up beekeeping as a hobby that quickly grew into a full passion.
