The Honey Hub is a small, passion-driven beekeeping project run by a friend of the In Vitro Microplants team, who has a genuine love for beekeeping, nature, and gardening. She keeps her own hives and produces honey described as having a beautiful light gold colour with a deliciously floral sweetness. The honey is harvested locally in the Banchory and Durris area of Kincardineshire, Scotland, capturing the unique flavours of flowers grown in the surrounding gardens and countryside.
