The Honey Pot is run by Tony Maggs, a professional bee farmer based at Trent Business Centre, Long Eaton, Derbyshire. Tony began beekeeping in 1985 as a hobby, and following redundancy in 1988, transformed his passion for natural history, gardening, and farming into a full-time business. He established The Honey Pot in 1990, originally at a Derby Craft Village. All honey is produced from Tony's own apiaries located across Derbyshire and the Peak District.
