Their honey is sold under the family's Cardona & Son label and follows the local crops and seasons – oilseed rape, field bean, borage and summer honeys, plus a creamed, soft-set honey. The same honey goes into their Hitchin Honey Gin and Rum, made with honey from hives within ten miles of Hitchin.

Honey and spirits can be ordered online for UK delivery, with local delivery on Fridays.
