Wainwright's Honey is a beekeeping operation based in Aberystwyth, Wales, known for producing high-quality Welsh honey. Their bees begin the season at the Wainwright's bee farm in Aberystwyth, where Queen bees are carefully bred at the start of spring. The colonies are then transported to Bala, in the Welsh heather hills and lowlands of Merionethshire, where the bees forage to produce a distinctive heather honey. The operation gained significant recognition when Marks & Spencer selected their product for a new line: 'Welsh Crunchy Heather Honey', described as M&S's first honey with crunchy cry
