Whitebridge Honey is a family-run apiary operated by the Mathieson family — Aros, a retired policeman, and Neringa, a pharmacist with a passion for natural health, along with their young son Magnus. Located in the hamlet of Whitebridge on the south side of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, the apiary sits at 720 feet above sea level, creating a challenging but unique environment for beekeeping. With over 20 years of experience, the family practises sustainable beekeeping and produces boutique honey that reflects the rich floral diversity of the local Highlands.
