Wildwing Honey is run by award-winning beekeeper James Curtis from Keepers Cottage on Daisley Lane in Chelmsford, Essex. They produce distinctive, hand-crafted honey of exceptional quality, with each jar containing unprocessed honey harvested from ethically managed hives located across the Chelmsford area. Suffused with a rich bouquet of aromatic flavours, the honey's unique character comes from the wild wanderings of Wildwing's bees through the Essex countryside. James is a BBKA certified beekeeper registered with DEFRA and has served on the committee of the Chelmsford Beekeepers Division. W
