Wyndrush Wild is a small-scale honey producer based in the south of Pembrokeshire, Wales, run by Matt Sutton and Vicky Swann. They keep around twenty beehives in an apiary set among brambles, plus a few additional hives in a warm, south-facing spot against a barn wall, and further hives at local conservation sites. The honey they produce is a rich, complex blend drawn from hawthorn, bramble, knapweed, thistle and many other wildflowers, reflecting the diverse flora of their local landscape.
