Yorkshire Wolds Bees is a honey producer based in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, keeping bees that forage across a wide range of local flora. Their beekeeping season begins in spring when bees work on oil seed rape alongside local forage, producing an early season honey with a distinctive flavour. During the summer months, some hives are moved to pollinate borage crops while others remain on the Wolds to collect a mixed floral honey from local flowers and trees.
