Crawley honey is largely town honey. Crawley Bees keeps apiaries around the town and never blends honey from different sites, so its honeys are named after where they were made – Ifield Woods, Tilgate Zoo and County Mall in the town centre among them – and it offers local delivery in Crawley as well as collection. Malthouse Apiary's hives sit on a green corridor through the town, next to the site of the old Crawley village malt house, with woodland, large parks and thousands of gardens to forage; its wildflower honey is neither pasteurised nor finely filtered, and is sold from the door and at Crawley Museum.
