The honey is not heated or otherwise processed, and comes from bees kept in six apiaries in and around the town, each on or beside open wild land.

Paul's colonies all started from swarms collected in local gardens and chimneys or bees caught in bait hives, with locally open-mated queens. He trained with Weybridge Beekeepers' Association and is a member of the BBKA.

The range includes runny, set and soft-set raw wildflower honey in 140g and 370g jars, hand-cut honeycomb and full frames of comb, plus beeswax candles made from his own bees' wax – tealights, pillars, tapers and moulded pine cone and fir tree designs – and gift boxes. Honey is also available in bulk, labelled, unlabelled or with custom labels, and as corporate gifts.

You can order online for UK delivery or free local collection in Addlestone, or buy at around eight London markets a month, including Primrose Hill, West Ealing, Chiswick, High Street Kensington and Earls Court; Paul often brings an observation hive in the warmer months.
