Browston Apiary is run by beekeeper Adam, who keeps bees in the countryside on the Norfolk/Suffolk border close to fields, hedgerows, woods, gardens and the sea. The apiaries are situated in and around Browston in East Norfolk, from where the honey is collected and jarred. Their honey is completely natural and unblended — gathered entirely from plants local to the apiary. The honey is sieved rather than filtered, preserving more of its natural goodness. They sell honey as runny honey and sometimes soft-set honey depending on the season, with the taste varying according to the plants flowering
