The Norfolk Honey Company is run by Stewart Spinks, a passionate beekeeper who started keeping bees in the 1980s. Based in Norwich, Norfolk, Stewart has built a hugely rewarding beekeeping business supplying a range of locally produced honeys including raw honey, borage honey, heather honey and chunk honey. Stewart holds a Science Degree in Biology and Ecology from the University of East Anglia and previously worked as a UK Government Seasonal Bee and Plant Health Inspector, helping identify and eradicate honeybee disease. He also holds a City and Guilds Level 2 Award in Bee Health Management
