Jon the Beekeeper is a small Norfolk beekeeping project run by Jon Brown - a Black Country lad now living in South Norfolk and learning life with bees one hive at a time. My honey is produced in small batches from my own hives, with the aim of keeping things simple, local and honest. Every jar reflects the flowers, trees and hedgerows around the bees at that point in the season, so the flavour can change naturally from one harvest to the next. This is proper local honey, extracted, filtered and jarred with care, with a focus on quality and sharing the story from hive to jar.
