With only three hives, two at home in a garden that was specifically designed to be environmentally friendly and one in woodland near a trout farm - the difference is fascinating. Once the summer batch has been extracted I am lucky enough to have friends in the New Forest who love my hives to go there. So then there is a third taste of Heather Honey! I love beekeeping and even better those who buy it love my honey. That's got to be an all round win!
