Local Honey SavernakeThe Wiltshire Honey CoSavernake, SN8 3RAThe Wiltshire Honey Co is a small, family-run honey business based in Wiltshire, England, operated by local beekeeper David, with support from his wife Amelia and their young son Max. Their apiaries are located in the parish of Savernake, a historic area of Wiltshire known for Savernake Forest. The honey is produced by their bees foraging on local flora and fauna, resulting in a genuinely local product that reflects the character of the surrounding countryside. All honey is raw and filtered, preserving the natural qualities of the product. They offer two varieties: a soft set honey, which occurs naturally at their Savernake apiaries and is described as creamy and spreadable, and a runny honey, which is noted for being floral and delightful. Each apiary produces honey with slightly different texture, colour and taste, reflecting the natural variation of real, unprocessed honey. Products are sold in 12 oz (340 g) jars at £7 each, or three jars for £20. Orders are currently taken via an enquiry form on their website, with plans for a full online shop in future.Buying from this listingThis listing does not include a confirmed on-site outlet or verified webshop.
