Dyffryn Honey is a small-scale artisan honey producer based at Dyffryn Dairy Apiaries in the Black Mountains (Bannau Brycheiniog), Wales. Their beekeeping journey began in 2020 following a course run by the Brecon and Radnorshire Beekeepers Association. What started with a single bee colony has grown into a passionate enterprise of around a dozen hives, producing high-quality honey and wax products on a strictly limited basis. Their bees forage in the local Grwyne Fawr valley and on the heather-covered slopes of the Sugar Loaf mountain, resulting in two distinct honey varieties: a floral honey
