Most Hilltop honey comes from beekeepers and co-operatives in the UK and around the world rather than the company's own hives, and every batch is tested for authenticity and traceable to the beekeepers who produced it. For honey from closer to home, the range includes a Welsh Blossom Honey from Welsh beekeepers and a British Blossom Honey, alongside acacia, Manuka, organic wildflower, cut comb and hot honey. They also sell maple syrup, organic agave, beeswax lip balm and honey energy gels.
