Eden Honey Bees is a small-batch honey producer based in and around Myddle, North Shropshire. They keep bees in the wildflower-rich hedgerows, gardens, and fields of the local countryside, producing genuinely local honey that reflects the character of its surroundings. Their spring honey is harvested around May to June and is foraged from early spring blossoms including dandelion, hawthorn, and oilseed rape (OSR), giving it a pale, creamy colour and a delicate floral flavour.
