Fableman's Highland Honey is a small-batch artisanal honey business based on a three-acre croft in Caithness, in the northeast Highlands of Scotland. Founded by Dan Price, a former branding designer and DJ who moved to the Highlands in 2023, the business grew from a passion for beekeeping and a desire to work closely with nature after 15 years behind a desk. Dan studied bee health, hive management, and honey production, and attended crofting business and management mentorship days to develop his skills.
