The Leamington Honey Company was founded in 2020 as a small-scale, family-run honey and bee farming business based in the countryside surrounding Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The company currently operates two main apiaries, known as 'Woods' and 'Fields', with approximately 20 individual colonies between them. Their honey production process is intentionally simple and minimal: honey is removed from the hives, extracted from the comb, strained to remove wax debris, left to settle, and then bottled into glass jars.
