Hello, we’re Eoin and Beth Donnelly, weekend and evening beekeepers balancing our day jobs with a passion for caring for bees. Our hobby is a heartfelt project producing pure, local honey to share with our community. Our journey began by chance on holiday, when we attended a beekeeper’s talk that turned into a full hive experience with bees buzzing all around! Captivated, we trained with the Cheshire Beekeepers Association and got our first hive that year.
