Peeblesshire Beekeepers Association has been training beekeepers and producing honey for over 100 years, making it one of the longest-established beekeeping associations in Scotland. Based in Peebles in the Scottish Borders, the association operates a dedicated teaching apiary where both experienced and novice beekeepers learn all aspects of beekeeping and small-batch honey production. Their 2021 harvest yielded a high-quality, cold-filtered local blossom honey described as light and flowery, believed to be a blend of lime and clover. Honey is available in two jar sizes — 454g/1lb jars at £9.0
