The bees forage the countryside at the edge of Windsor Great Park, and the honey – unprocessed and with nothing added – often carries notes of lime and blackberry. It comes in 1lb jars, and only a small amount is harvested each year, guided by the needs of the bees.

Orders of two jars or more are delivered free – on foot, by bike or by scooter – to addresses within a bee's flying distance of the hives, and the online shop only accepts those local addresses.
