Woodstock English Honey Ltd is a small honey producer based at Sallow Copse in Ringshall, near Berkhamsted in Hertfordshire. Run by beekeeper Chris Smith, who manages colonies across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The bees forage across farmland, woodland and hedgerows, producing distinctive small-batch honeys.
