Local Honey MaidstoneBray's BeesMaidstone, ME15 6AABray's Bees is run by Vince and Sue Bray, a husband-and-wife team of beekeepers based in the Maidstone area of Kent. Vince began beekeeping in 2012 after receiving a beekeeping course as a birthday gift, and the business officially launched in 2015 when they began attending local farmers markets. Their apiaries are located at Ditton, Coxheath, Headcorn, Staplehurst, and a newer site in Marden, all in Kent. They pride themselves on chemical-free, natural beekeeping with minimal hive inspections outside swarm season. Honey is harvested hive by hive and jarred separately, resulting in batches with distinct colours and flavours reflecting the local forage. Their honey is pure, unheated, unfiltered, unblended, and never imported. Beyond honey, they produce a wide range of beeswax products including candles, polish, lip balm, honey soap, reusable beeswax food wraps, and gift hampers. They are members of the Bee Farmers Association and have appeared on BBC1's The Farmers Country Showdown (Series 7, Episode 13). Their homepage targets London customers, but their production base is firmly in Kent.Buying from this listingThis listing includes a verified webshop link.
