Haresfield Honey is a small-scale, artisan honey producer based in Hardwicke, near Gloucester, in Gloucestershire. The business was founded by Marc Honey, who began his beekeeping journey in 2019 when he enrolled in a beekeeping course in Stroud. During his early years, Marc kept hives at Aston Down and Slad while searching for a permanent local location. In 2022, a local farmer offered him land to establish his apiary close to home, with the aim of supporting declining pollinator populations. Marc runs the business with the help of his wife Tracey.
