Local Honey Chipping CampdenHoney Corner Bee ExperiencesPoden Ln, Chipping Campden, GL55 6QFHands-on bee experience days and honey from Honey Corner's apiary in the countryside near Chipping Campden, close to the Worcestershire border.

Each session starts with a talk from one of the beekeepers, then everyone is kitted out in a bee suit and gloves and taken to a hive to see it opened, hold a frame of bees and have a souvenir photo taken, which is emailed afterwards. Back in the classroom there's a tasting of the different honeys the bees have made. Groups are limited to ten, with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays, and they're weather dependent. Long sleeves, covered legs and boots that cover the ankles are needed, and the experience isn't suitable for anyone allergic to bee stings.

Honey, along with beeswax and propolis, can be bought at the end of an experience.
